Art Shape Classes & Courses

We run a wide range of classes and courses in locations all over Gloucestershire and all our classses and courses are focused on the needs of adults facing disabling barriers to participation in traditonal forms of arts learning.

If you are a social care professional or you are looking to start a career in health and social care, take a look at our OCN/NVQ level course Creativity in Social Care – developed in collaboration with care workers across Gloucestershire, the course looks at the underlying nature of creativity, how it affects us personally, and how we apply it in work practice.

We are also running one day Be creative in your Social Care training courses every second month, the course offers you the opportunity to learn and practise 2 creative activities to take back and use in your organisation, an opportunity to network with your peers and share ideas. We divide our classes and courses into three terms: autumn, spring and summer. and we have short courses and classes running all the time. If you aren't sure what class might be right for you, just give us a call and we can talk it through with you. And if you're still not sure, you can always try just a few sessions before deciding whether to commit to the whole term.

But whatever you decide, you need to book early each term because our classes and courses do get very booked up very early!

We also offer a variety of flexible ways for you to pay for the class or classes you choose (details in the brochure).

There's something for everyone – from beginners looking for a basic introduction, to those with more experience wanting to develop their arts skills.
