Over the years, Artshape has been involved in many arts development
projects. We are currently updating our site so that you can browse
all of the work we have done at your leisure.
As well as our ongoing classes and courses, we're involved in a
number of pioneering projects. These projects cover a broad range
of the arts, and are always concerned with giving adults facing
barriers the chance to experience the difference arts participation
can make.

Art Shape Eductional In recent years we have built a programme aimed at developing care
workers and carers and encouraging them to introduce arts opportunities
into the day-to-day lives of those in care. The culmination of this work
is an accredited course Creative Futures, Creativity in Social
Care developed in collaboration with care workers across Gloucestershire.
The course looks at the underlying nature of creativity, how it affects
us personally, and how we apply it in work practice. It is proving enormously
successful and is gaining interest from across the country. More
about Creativity in Social Care OCN or download the course brochure HERE.
Art Shape Consultation and Design
We have also been involved in the consultation and design phases of many
public buildings providing provision for adults facing a whole range of
disabling barriers. This environmental consultation has been to ensure
proper consideration is given to the arts component and aesthetic look
and feel of buildings. We have built a portfolio of environmental consultation
work that we will make available online as soon as we can, but in the
meantime, please contact
us to find out more.
