InsideOUT As the final part of the On the Next Level Project Art Shape have commissioned a sculpture to launch the grand opening of the InsideOUT forest site at Bracelands in the Wye Valley a site of outstanding natural beauty - The sculpture is an artistic collaboration between Matthew West and Nick Tommey- artist blacksmiths who together form 'Iron Sky', and artists from The Birches and Fairtide Adult Opportunity Centres. The piece was inspired by this site of natural beauty. The InsideOUT project aims to encourage under-represented groups into the landscape and to explore health and social issues through creative workshops in a designated landscape area. The area at Bracelands in Gloucestershire is owned by the Forestry Commission and is situated between Christchurch and Symonds Yat in the Way Valley. The sculpture will be sited in the heart of forest clearing.
